Q. What is UsePAY?
A. UsePAY is a cryptocurrency-based platform that allows you to trade on the blockchain by putting all your online and offline businesses in the Packs.

Q. What are the characteristics of UsePAY?
A. UsePAY made it possible for users to purchase Packs when a content(business) provider creates a Pack on the blockchain. Contracts made when creating Packs act as escrow accounts and it is designed to allow users to refund at any time, which ensures safe trade between pack creators and buyers.

Q. Is it free of charge service?
A. UsePAY platform returns the creation fees paid by the pack creator to DFM tokens(excluding network fees) of the same value. This has the effect of zeroing the creator’s fee burden.

Q. What is the difference between ticket, coupon, and subscription Packs?
A. Ticket Packs can be widely used for one-time content such as performances, gatherings, and product sales. Coupon Packs can be used for discounts or free offers to various services or goods. Subscription Packs are convenient when providing fixed-term content such as streaming and membership, online education, offline education.

Q. Is UsePAY similar to simple payment?
A. UsePAY is a platform that can safely trade everyday business in Packs and only cryptocurrency can be paid. In addition, the biggest feature is that it can be used for all trades with cryptocurrency regardless of online or time and space.

A. UsePAY is based on a web browser and optimized for a mobile browser. It is fully compatible with all browsers supporting HTML5, such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and can run on any device, regardless of device or form factor.

Q. The wallet is connected by wallet connections, but the wallet is not responding.
A. Please disconnect your wallet from UsePAY and connect your wallet again. In some wallets, the response of the connected session may be delayed or the connection may be terminated. Most of the problems are solved when reconnecting.

Q. If there is no response from the wallet during transaction execution, does it consume only gas costs and fail to create or purchase a Pack?
A. Blockchain does not cause disadvantages in the event of a submitted transaction failure. You can use UsePay without worrying about consuming a separate network fee.

Q. Can't I check the wallet address in UsePAY?
A. You can check the wallet address and balance on the upper right corner of the user's UsePAY screen.
Pack create

Q. How do I create Pack?
A. Connect your wallet to UsePAY.io, click 'Create Pack', input the information of the Pack to be created, then the Pack will be created after the transaction process.

Q. Where can I share the created Pack links?
A. Basically, it supports Twitter, Facebook, and Telegram, and you can share it through the ‘Copy Link’.

Q. Can I see the list of my created Pack buyers?
A. Click ‘Created Pack’, select the Pack you want to see the buyers’ information, and click ‘Buyer Information’.

Q. Where can I see the Packs created by others?
A. Pack search function is not supported. You can see the Pack information through the purchase URL of the published Pack.

Q. What if I want to edit the contents or settings of the created Pack?
A. After the Pack is created, you can only change the creation quantity. After selecting the pack you want to change, you can change the quantity.

Q. Is it possible to change the number of Packs created?
A. Changes in the creation quantity are possible within the purchasable period.

Q. What if I accidentally issue/purchase/refund/gift/use the wrong pack?
A. Pack information is recorded on the blockchain and cannot be changed.

Q. The Pack was created but disappeared.
A. The actual Pack is not created while it is pending, but it exists in the DB. To prevent that, the demon program detects a transaction, and if there is no transaction, it deletes the one in the DB. Therefore, If it is created but does not appear on the list, it may be pending or the creation is canceled. Because the demon program is constantly monitoring the transaction, it allows the demon program to check the pack in the list when the transaction is complete. When the creation transaction is completed, you can see it on UsePAY DB(list).

Q. How do I make a purchase?
A. Access the link of the created Pack, enter the Pack quantity you want to purchase, then you can get the Pack after the transaction is completed.

Q. I’m trying to purchase the created Pack. but when I click the URL, an error occurs.
A. Please refresh and reconnect. If an error occurs continuously, contact us through the SNS at the bottom of the UsePAY homepage.

Q. What if I accidentally purchase the wrong Pack, can I return it?
A. Pack information is recorded on the blockchain and cannot be changed.

Q. Can I cancel the purchase of a purchased Pack?
A. It is not possible to cancel the purchase of a purchased pack.
Pack refund

Q. How do I get a refund?
A. ①Click the Pack you want to refund in ‘Purchased Pack’ or ‘Gift Box’. ②Click the 'Refund' button at the bottom, ③Enter the quantity of the Pack to be refunded, ④The Pack will be refunded after the transaction is completed.

Q. Are subscription Packs refundable?
A. You’ll get a full refund from the first two days before and after the subscription period. Otherwise, starting more than 3 days, you’ll get a refund as below:

In that case, 10% of the refund amount will be paid as DFM token. -
Q. What’s the standard to determine customer dissatisfaction(Subscription Pack)?
A. It’ll be considered dissatisfied if more than 60% of buyers cancel their subscriptions two days after the subscription.

Q. How’s the refund process in case of customer dissatisfaction(Subscription Pack)?
A. In that case, 100% will be refunded with the token you paid. And, buyers who do not cancel their subscription can request a refund for 180 days from the time the pack is deactivated.

Q. Can I still get a refund after 180 days of deactivation of the pack?
A. There’ll be a forced settlement for Packs that have not been refunded after 180 days of pack deactivation by the company. When the case happens, 5% of the purchase price as a management fee will be paid to the company.
If you paid with either ETH or BNB - 90% of the remaining amount will be refunded with the token you paid and 10%, excluding the management fee, will be refunded as DFM token.
If you paid other than ETH or BNB - 98% of the remaining amount will be refunded with the token you paid, and 2% will be excluded as management fee. -
Q. Are ticket Packs refundable?
A. 100% will be refunded until the end of the available period, and the unused fee will be paid to the issuer when the available period is over.

Q. I refunded my ticket pack, but the refund amount is not correct.
A. Ticket packs are fully refundable until the end of the available period. If the buyer wants a refund after the end of the available period, unused fee should be given to the issuer.
In this case, if you paid it with either ETH or BNB - 95% will be refunded with the token you paid and 5% of the remaining amount, excluding the unused fee, will be refunded as DFM token.
If you paid other than ETH or BNB - 98% will be refunded with the token you paid and 2% of the remaining amount, excluding unused fees, will be paid as management fees to the company. -
Q. If I purchase multiple packs and want a refund, can I specify the quantity to refund?
A. Yes. of course. After selecting the pack you want to refund, you can specify the quantity you want to refund.

Q. What if I accidentally refund the wrong Pack, can I return it?
A. Pack information is recorded on the blockchain and cannot be changed. If the pack still has a remaining quantity and purchase period, you can repurchase it.

Q. Can I remove the refunded Pack on the list?
A. Refunded Packs cannot be removed. You can check the remaining quantity in the ‘Gift Box’ or ‘Purchased Pack’ section.

Q. How do I use the ‘Gift Pack’ function?
A. Go to ‘Purchased Pack’ list, click the Pack you want to give a gift, then click the ‘Gift Pack’ button at the bottom and input the address of the gift receiver.

A. You can see the gifted list through your transaction history.

Q. Can I gift all packs (ticket Pack, coupon Pack, subscription Pack)?
A. Ticket Pack and subscription pack can be transferred to another account through the gifting function, but coupon Pack cannot be gifted.

Q. How do I use the purchased Pack?
A. Click the Pack you want to use in the ‘Purchased Pack’ or ‘Gift Box’ and then click the ‘Use’ button at the bottom.

Q. What happens after the coupon pack validity period has expired?
A. Coupon packs that have expired will be burned 30 days after the expiration date.

Q. Pending is too slow.
A. Transactions may be delayed if the user-set gas fee is lower than the current network gas fee.

Q. Is there a quick way to do it when the pending is taking a long time?
A. If you select transaction speed up in your wallet while it is pending, the Gas Price of the pending transaction will be increased and sent quickly.
Fees

Q. Do I have to pay a fee when I buy or get Packs?
A. When purchasing/getting Packs, you do not pay any fees except the GAS fees required by the network.

Q. Do I have to pay a fee to create Packs?
A. All creators pay creation fees according to the creation quantity, but there is no actual creator spending due to the paid fee being returned back to DFM tokens.

Q. If I refund the pack I received as a gift, will it show that the pack has been refunded?
A. The gifting party cannot check the status of the delivered pack. A separate notification is not sent to the other party, but you can check it by changing the sales quantity.

Q. Can the pack publisher cancel a sold pack?
A. Pack information is recorded on the blockchain and cannot be changed. It is possible to override the quantity to 0.

Q. What is DFM eco?
A. DFM eco is the name of the sharing economy logic (ecosystem) that stores the value in the DFM token. This logic is designed to exchange the fees provided by users in UsePay for DFM tokens in a designated pool. Through this, DFM tokens will be able to store and share the use value of the platform.

Q. Where can I trade DFM tokens? + Is there a plan to list additional exchanges and to list in Korean won?
A. Currently, you can trade with ProBit Global, CoinTiger, Latoken, and Coinsbit, and you can exchange for other coins and tokens at Uniswap and PancakeSwap. There are plans to be listed on other exchanges as well, and we plan to list KRW on domestic exchanges as well.

Q. Are the DFM tokens of the Ethereum network and the DFM tokens of the Binance Smart Chain network different?
A. DFM tokens are issued to the Ethereum network and Binance network, and the total amount of circulating tokens is limited through the DFM bridge. The DFM tokens present in each network are mutually transferable, and the total amount of DFM in the two networks cannot exceed the total amount of DFM in the Ethereum network.

Q. Is there any risk of exposure to others if I enter my contact information when purchasing a Pack?
A. Only the pack creator can see the records entered by the pack buyer and can access the pack purchaser information DB only when the wallet (account) used to create the pack is connected. Therefore, there is no risk of personal information being exposed.

Q. What is the profit structure of UsePAY?
A. Because UsePAY uses a sharing economy system based on DFM tokens, there is no profit structure. Additional development and service maintenance are possible only when the value of the company-owned DFM token is maintained. In other words, the expansion of UsePay users leads to the company's profits.

Q. Can I purchase Packs through legal currency?
A. There are currently no plans to support legal currency payments.

A. After finishing support for other networks, we plan to support Ethereum Layer 2.

Q. What is pending?
A. Pending refers to the state before the transaction information submitted by the user is recorded on the block chain, and it refers to the state in which the remittance is not completely completed during the remittance stage. If the pending status persists, it is because the gas fee submitted with the transaction information to the network is lower than the amount required by the network.
